Simply add dry and liquid ingredients into the mixing bowl chamber, turn the machine on, and it takes care of the rest, making up to 3 pounds in about 20 minutes. Equipped with a powerful 300-watt motor, the unit effectively mixes and kneads the dough, then extrudes it through the chosen pasta disc for the shape desired. Eight different pasta discs come included for producing thin spaghetti, regular spaghetti, flat linguine, small fettuccine, macaroni, large hollow spaghetti, and lasagna noodles, as well as cookies. Additional pasta discs (sold separately) can be used for ravioli, breadsticks, pretzels, pizza, gnocchi, hollow spaghetti, penne, shells, and more.
